Big changes at Edencroft this year. We will be retiring from breeding and selling our ewe flock.
A once in a lifetime opportunity to buy an established, ready to go breeding flock. We have 6 breeding age ewes remaining in a wide range of Shetland colors and diverse, uncommon bloodlines. If interested in a package deal, equipment can be included at a very good price. This would be a turn-key operation. All that would be needed is a barn, good fencing and a ram come the fall breeding season! I would remain available for advice and guidance if the new flock owner would like that option.

In an effort to save endangered breeds, the Livestock Conservancy encourages fiber artists to use rare wool. The program also educates shepherds about how to prepare their wool for sale and how to reach customers and fiber artists, providing a way to make money with heritage breeds.
